Now in semi-retirement, Clark C. Kingery, Esq. limits his practice to counseling owners of rental real estate and representing them in eviction actions in the Delaware Justice of the Peace Court. He received his B.A. from the Johns Hopkins University in 1975 and his J.D. from the McGeorge School of Law in 1978. He was admitted to practice law in the State of Delaware in 1979. He has been an active real estate investor since 1987 including condominiums, commercial properties, multiple-unit residential properties, and single family residences.
