Clark C. Kingery focuses his practice on debt collection, judgment execution and landlord/tenant law. He is especially committed to advising and working with entrepreneurs, small business owners and landlords.

 Mr. Kingery was admitted to practice law in the state of Delaware in 1979. He is also admitted to practice law in California (inactive), Pennsylvania (inactive) and the United States District Court for the District of Delaware.

 Mr. Kingery received his B.A. from Johns Hopkins University in 1975 and his J.D. from McGeorge School Law in Sacramento, California in 1978. After graduating law school in 1978, he clerked for the Superior Court of Delaware for a year before joining Delaware's Department of Justice as a Deputy Attorney General assigned to the Division of Revenue.

His professional memberships include the Delaware State Bar Association and the American Bar Association. Mr. Kingery is a frequent lecturer in matters involving creditors rights and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and is "of counsel" for Schachter & Portnoy, LLC (a regional law firm located in New Jersey).

 Mr. Kingery is honored to perform pro bono work within the community and to mentor young lawyers.  He has been actively involved in real estate investing since 1985 and has concentrated his legal practice in creditors rights and landlord/tenant matters since 1995.
